The interactive session introduced participants to the world of WOPs, highlighting how peer-to-peer collaboration among utilities supports knowledge exchange, capacity development, and improved water and sanitation services. Through practical discussions and participant engagement, the session showcased the value of solidarity-based partnerships in helping utilities address shared operational and service delivery challenges.
