INTRODUCING A PERFORMANCE-BASED CONTRACT FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF NON-REVENUE WATER

This webinar is intended to introduce the Performance-Based Contract as a novel modality to help water utilities address the challenge of reducing non-revenue water and improve operational efficiency at the same time. While it may not be that well-known among PDAMs, this webinar aims to provide PDAMs with ample introductory knowledge as well as information to help them understand how the scheme operates while also providing concrete examples of successful water utilities that have embraced this approach.
